Applied 100mg upper thighs.
Doin chest this morning and traps later.
Breakfast two cans a tuna plain,apple,2 pieces toast plain,water
 
Everything is cool in my world for the moment. Sitting here enjoying a cup of coffee or two before the fam gets up.
 
I continue to like the DHEA cream applied scrotally at 50mg 2xED. I do notice a tolerance buildup. So I’ve been skipping a day once a week and will build up to 100mg 2xED by the end of the week. I continue to get energy, weight loss, big balls and hard-ons from this stuff, BUT as @Bigmurph reports, it DOES increase your E2. For me, that is fine, as I thrive on E2 in the 60s with total test over 2k and free test over 800. That level of E2 is crippling with much lower test levels, however. So DHEA has its upsides and a significant downside that has to be managed.
 
My decision was based on two things.

First I’m a lazy ass and prov twice a day and multiple primo pins a week is exhausting… on top of test Hahaha

Second I don’t want to add/increase too many things at once.

I get it. Important to isolate the effect of a particular compound. Ever since my sponsor was banned, I’ve had to reassess what is really working for me and what not, since I now don’t have any confidence in the labels. I have a new routine that I will post in my log shortly.
 
Tolerance build up makes sense @herrubermensch seeing as I upped mine to 200 a day, at that rate I’ll need a whole bottle once a day,but I’m gonna stick with that for now, almost outta my first bottle, have 2 more on hand,thinkin maybe,I’ll do one more after I finish the first, then take a break for 3-4 weeks.
