Well here we go prep starts today my cycle will be 500ish test 575 ment 700 mast weeks 1-8 20/40 sd weeks 5-8 drop the mast add 875 tren ace weeks 9-16 and how ever much halo i can tolerate weeks 12-16. Various pwo will be used on the higher rpe days also will be bumping hgh from 3 iu to 6iu. The key to this prep will be getting my puppy on board with not waking me up 3 times from 6-9 am.

It’s day one and I’m already tired then again I was stupid and didn’t get used to coming before work a few weeks ago. So here we are no sleep Friday night barely any last night. Hell I feel worse than after the rave
 
Well I chose sex over sleep Friday and I’m used to staying awake till 4 then getting up with dog a few time early and sleeping till 1 ish. He got me up at 6 7:30 and 9 today alarm set for 10. But we here hitting it I’ll just drag ass at work

Leg press 3x20 6pps rpe 7
Hip thrust 3x10 with pause at top 2pps rpe7
Leg ext 5x15 190 rpe 8
Leg curl 5x15 150 rpe8
 
After 10 months my body need to fill a pussy up with jizz. This now two times in a row I’ve busted my slump with an attractive tiny 21 yo black chick.

Although you’re already globally ranked and can probably climb those rankings… you know my opinion
 
I mean I wouldn’t say globally ranked but finished with tied for 39ths in my class and division across all feds and 198 overall for raw
