Bad news I failed 765 half way up shin. I’ll get it infour weeks easy on dead bar as this is last day of stuff bar training
Ok dead’s max 725,745 failed on 765 but getting off ground is great
Pin squats 3x3-495 I think I went a notch dealer today as these were damn near atg but this will help immensely out of hole. I feel good work but not too much fatigue from using high bar.

Well here we go greens shake then off for form work I guess. Which isn’t bad. I just started to tweak bench and my low bar is finally where I want it. Also I’m sticking around 300 now it doesn’t not feel great. But that’s about 8 pounds more than the peak of laat cycle. Which was like 8 weeks ago haha. Again with doing hgh daily and this feels like it maybe stronger batch. I just feel a little bloated.
