Bench 475,475 honeslty had zero leg drive today but butt is staying on bench so we are making progress
Tbar row lat focused 3x8-3p25
WS triceps 3x8-65.

Goig to go I. Tomorrow and hit chest some more I feel I’ve lost sowm size that would help with this new pl program
 
Todya started great I stepped on phone demolishing screen. Most boring workout ever. I got to gym at 2 nobody there did my dead’s. Which I got 710 for 5 with deadlift bar. So that was great. Napped picked up fixed phone now at work it crazy how lunch easier breaking floor is when it’s a little bit of the weight at a time
 
Here’s to at least one more year of lifting heavy 3 weeks then it’s a nice break for hypertrophy. I. An tell my physique has gone down some wi th this split. But Strength s gone up so that’s what really matters. If I can slowly lose fat and keep strength while building a little hit of the vanity muscles back I’ll be good work on quads is focus I believe
 
You’ve been pretty good about taking Hypertrophy breaks in your training, your goal is strength so a nice little beach body split for a little bit will be a nice change.
 
I’m pretty good at doing both I’ll proby do pure hypertrophy for 8 weeks the. Back to power building so same splits but lower reps for 8 then shoudl be time to look Into doing full prep for nationals
 
Funny thing is my bench is feeling weaker but it’s a secondary primary movement on heavy days cauae I wasn’t to have a feel for what a meet will be like. But 3 weeks and I feel ready this time no depression. I fixed the chicken biscuit issue haha. So I’m ready to go
 
Somehow I hit my wrist bone on soemthing sumholw sleeping. Shoudl be fine but I can feel the bone hurting like I was karate chopping
 
Well I’m able to push and and pull 1000kg pallets of glycerin so I maybe goof to go tomorrow. If I was to get wrist straps Any recommendations

I don’t own a pair of elitefts wrist wraps but will purchasing some in the next 6 months or so.
