Well they are putting me push pull I miss commands on first two and they called depth on third so I have to practice they timeing on squats. Won’t total for nationals it sucks but got to get tru is first one in

Dead’s hitched fail-700 hitch was just hips coming though late really not me tryingto get bar up with legs

So I pulled 700 twice easy but both got called bad
Squats and honest think from side I look good but high from front so juat will work in depth while doing rep work and that should fix it in time the commands will come with just training for them. I’m so used to racking right after lift hell my bench I press into rack bar. So those are the things I get down for next meet. I knew the press commands but I guess never thought of squat And rack
