So as I head into last week of cycle and get ready for “cruise”. My attention is already on my fall cycle. I was goig to do ment but I’m thinking I’ll give the old eq deca combi a run for 16-20 weeks and just see if that will mass me up. Then use ment next year leading to nationals where I think I will compete next year

Triceps are sore today biceps still feel pumped. Also I think those trap bar shrugs hit what the bars is named after cauae damn my traps are sore as well
