The eca stack
The eca stack in my opinion is a great option to dnp which I believe should only be for advanced users of gear.
The eca stack is great also because if you’re in the states you can just walk into your local pharmacy and get everything you need pharma grade.
First in my state and all states are different I can buy 3g a month which is plunty for an eca stack.
Goto where the cardboard cards are that you have to bring up to the pharmacy to get i prefer primatine but some pharmacies have there own generic brand that works fine and can save you some money.
There are 2 different kinds of ephedrine which is the e in eca there is ephedrine hcl and ephedrine sulphate.
You want the ephedrine hcl in which ever brand you buy.
After getting your ephedrine hcl the next letter in eca is caffeine no-doz is dosed right and is sold usually in the same isle so buy a box of that.
The 3rd letter in eca is the a for asprin just get some 81mg baby asprin to take.

Dosage
You should start low and raise your dose so first day you want to start in the mourning with 12.5mgs ephedrine hcl 200mgs caffeine and 81mgs aspirin.
If you’re like me and you drink coffee when you wake up skip the caffeine pill.
Then mid day after you eat something take the same amounts of each.
Then after dinner take the same amounts of each.

2nd day if everything went good on the first day up your dose to 25mg of ephedrine hcl stick with 200mgs caffeine and 81mgs aspirin 3x a day

I personally like to run for a month and then take atleast a month off because yes this stack is hard on your heart and I don’t reccomend it for anyone with a heart condition of any kind. Check your bp while taking this stack if its high try lowering your ephedrine hcl to 12.5 and run like that.

You still need to eat while running this stack and make sure you stay extremely hydrated. If you get dizzy spells or anything strange stop taking it.

Thats an eca stack be careful not to take these eca stacks they sell with these other forms of ephedrine alot of these herbs are actually worse then ephedrine hcl but aren’t controlled because idiots that use meth dont but the shit up by the ton. One month on one off and try not to run longterm.

This is some really great information brother!

So I’ve been doing this for about a week, just in the mornings. I take 25 when I do cardio and 12.5 every day I do not do cardio. (I’ve been doing fasted cardio 3xs a week, first thing in the morning.) I only take it once a day. I wasn’t aware I had to do this 3xs a day but I will try it that way with the lower dose.

The question I have is, the ephedrine is ephedrine sulphate. Is it not as good or does the sulphate version not work at all? I’m just wondering the difference between the two.

Ephedrine sulphate is a waste you need primatene with ephedrine hcl the sulphate was subbed in to stop meth production by Bayer but primatene stuck with the original formula and it helps much better for asthma and for ECA stack

I use to run these before ephedrine was controlled (Im old). How would you compare the stack to something like Clen?

Much safer for the body but not as strong as clen I never reccomend clen I believe that it puts to much of a strain on the cardio system. Especially when already running gear

Alright. I was curious about it, but I think I am just going to try and get my diet dialed in a little better and see if the HGH helps. Possibly run a Var, Mast cycle after the 1st. I have until May to get the abs showing. I struggle with cutting, but I am not going to kill myself doing it.

It thins the blood for safety and to let the oxygen flow through to the muscles and other parts of the body

Any experience or knowledge of ephedrine and drug test for work? Always heard it comes back as methamphetamine.

They use to make meth but I don’t think it will pop on a test edit I guess it can pop learn something new everyday

This can definitely happen depending upon the type and quality of the test that they are using if you were to ever pop dirty and you were clean get a lawyer those work drug tezts through whatever lab or straight from the bathroom can be torn apart in court they won’t hold the piss you put in them unless its a DOT test then it will be a hard battle but for sure ephedrine hcl will show as meth because they give off the same metabolites

Its actually not that bad in the ephedrine hcl state its basically super caffeine its when they start adding------ which I can’t say but that changes the molecular structure plus poisons it with the different compounds and chemicals.

Meth is the most dangerous drug on the planet!
