They help, but at the same time, their not miracle workers, if you eat like a pig, like I do sometimes, you just have to accept that your gonna be bloated, sometimes.
What is frustrating is when I ate like a regular American slob I didn’t have any gas. Today, back on my clean diet, I’m a methane machine again. It’s so unfair. I read it’s the carbs and veggies that if they don’t digest quickly they’ll ferment in your stomach. Meats don’t cause gas issues. But for me the keto diet feels absolutely horrible! So, the fart life is where it’s at.
I don’t notice much difference honestly. Except when I am eating suarecraut and beans mixed. It’s a polish dish called kapusta. Maybe @John has heard of it. He a Pollock. But maybe I don’t notice much difference with the farts cause my wife farts a lot too so we just let the farts go as soon as we feel them without even thinking about it. Lol. I do notice my farts get a lot smellier when I eat healthy.

Out of it. Then fart every 2 to 3 minutes for about three hours. @John
