I’ll look tomorrow. Just something for around here. We have a very good shop 5 minutes down the highway that services everything but only sells stihl products. They have other mowers too. Been dealing with them for decades. Love me my mom n pop stores.
$65 per hour for that kind of work is underpaid. IMO. That job should come with a million dollar policy that your fam get if your killed or permanently injured at work
That’s about half of what the linemen make. That was up North. New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Down here in Tennessee below the Mason Dixon it’s still below $30 a hour.
Is that with being able to save money? With children? One income household? Could say a father make $35 hour and comfortably raise a family with stay at home wife? Just curious cause around here it’s possible but not comfortably that would be a real tight budget to do on $35 hour
Yep yep and yep… of course you won’t be able to live in a 3k foot house in a gated community with a private boat ramp to the intercostal waterway. But you can have a nice newer 3 bedroom house in a nice neighborhood.
This my opinion only but once the kid or last kid starts kgarten… wifey is taking herself to work. No need for her to be laying around all day getting fat and developing a drinking problem. Walmart lowes Home Depot love part time workers. Get a little cash while kiddos are at school.
I’ve had several friends that had that plan… their wives ended up becoming glued to the couch… professional whompa kitties with a pill and/or wine problem… get the little darlings off to school…start drinking and ordering crap from Amazon all the while getting fatter and lazier
