Flash⚡️Labs Post Lockdown TRANSFORMATION CONTEST!

Starting week 6, so far have been on a caloric surplus. I use RP diet app, I have added some muscle lb’s while losing some body fat too. Last 3 weeks gonna switch over to a cut plan… so I’ll be going from roughly (changes based on workouts etc)

225g Protein ———> 245g protein
55g fat ———> 65g fat
550g carbs ———> 370g carbs

… I’m gonna have to shake some chicken bones and sacrifice a goat to not murdered by my wife for being hangry. But hey… if you ain’t first, you’re last.

Or something like that.

Obviously all open to change. If I feel sick, which is usually what happens when I don’t have enough carbs, I’ll up them a little.
