Yeah I did over night for a month or so and i could never get the sleep pattern down. When my weekend came it was hell to stay up all night so I wouldn’t ruin it.

Thankfully my wife works the same schedule so she’s not annoyed when I randomly can’t switch back over to days. Every now and then I just stay nocturnal for the whole week.

Nice I had a shit workout yesterday but that’s probably due to cutting. I made it through and actually slept great last night. Now when I woke did my jump open like I’m on speed maybe but I’m still dropping weight

Not for nothing I found it at a Dick’s sporting goods it was scratched the no price know nothing I told them I’ll take it I paid for it and I own it So believe me man the way eBay is inflating the prices the way all these are line sites are charging $3 per pound it’s ridiculous I did see someone who was sewing concrete weights online and they were selling them $1 of pound If you go on any PayPal website it’s all sorts of rubber bands being pushed off a plastic all sorts of ideas this is the age of strength
