Keep up the good work. I agree with @NeuroRN about the test. Find your sweet spot. I like 1000 ish. 900 I feel pretty dam good too I think it’s a mental thing with me wanting to be over 1000 lol. As far as the estrogen goes I wouldn’t necessarily take an AI for that unless you don’t like how it feels. For me I feel outstanding with my estrogen around mid sixties. Makes me very horny and also helps a lot with muscle growth. Estrogen is very powerful with muscle growth and strength. Unless it’s dangerous high or makeing you feel edgy or depressed I’d leave it alone.

I am postponing my second dose this morning because I have a panel scheduled in a couple hours. The first coupe panels I have had were scheduled through my TRT clinic and were pretty skimpy. This is the first one I am doing on my own and is much more extensive. I am curious to see the results, will be pinning right after.

This is my last session until the contest starts on June 6th. I am on vacation next week with the fam and will be enjoying some time on the coast. When I get my results back from my bloodwork drawn yesterday, I’ll try to get that posted.
 
So this is day 1 of the contest. I have abandoned the powerlifting routine and started powerbuilding using the same app. It looks like this week is going to be a low volume/stress week as the app is gathering info to build out the remainder of the program.

On my vacation last week, my dad brought along his Crossrope set, so I was able to get some cardio in after waking up. I was really impressed with the ropes and workouts so I went ahead and purchased a set and will be using it as my main source of cardio. Plus it hits my calves real well which is a bonus because I usually don’t train them at all. I will supplement jumping with my indoor bike.

I don’t use one but there inexpensive and I want to add one to my gym I believe that it will do better for me then just crunches and sit-ups.
