Pretty much. I am measuring from the edge of my deadlift platform out 60" and placing a pad there and kneeling on it and then rolling the ab wheel to the edge of the platform and back. I will increase the distance as needed until I can get all the way to the ground for my sets. At that point I’ll need to figure a way to add weight.
Wow that’s a really strong core brother I have seen these for along time and I went with the attachment to my equipment so it holds my feet for my core. I believe that adding the wheel into my training will help me get my core much stronger.
When you need to add weight I would use a weight vest it will be the most natural way to add weight so that you don’t catch in injury.
I know lol I always thought that they were silly but the guys that use them have ripped abs and it looks like there putting in no effort lol im still doing weighted sit-ups and crunches. I need something new the wheel definitely but if I could get the ab crunch or whatever it is I would definitely pick it up also to see if its legit
Gotcha I thought that it came from a certain place I used to hear a certain member say that to everyone like it was on his clipboard and he always just pasted it in lol
Its definitely true diet is the most important part of everything we do including reaching any and all goals.
