Gearing up for GainzZz

Still going strong. One thing I’m noticing is it seams like I’m running a little hot. The temp is definitely getting into the summer digits, but it feels different. My temp is fine but it just seems like I am always warm. I was wondering if the TRT is just kicking my metabolism in to a higher gear now. I am definitely leaning out even though I am eating a little more than usual.
 
Possibly your estrogen is rising possibly blood pressure.
I would check BP and that’s a quick fix and the next time you see the doc let him know he will do blood work and then you can see if its estrogen.

It is a hot ass summer it could just be your metabolism and your sweating more and hot from your body burning those calories.
Which is always a good thing brother.
 
Oh man, I didn’t even think of the estrogen. It was in the mid-50s my last labs. Damn hot flashes. I check my BP regularly at home and it is always perfect. The only one complaining is my wife because I’m destroying our bed sheets every week. They pretty much have a permanent yellow tinge on my side. She threatens bodily harm if I try to switch it to her side of the bed.

I sweat like that myself on gear it sucks I go through pillow cases very quickly when on gear.

I believe that its just the higher estrogen if you’re at 50 maybe have your doctor prescribe arimidex to control your estrogen.

Your rdls are getting insanely strong… you’re going to have a very big deadlift and squat.
 
So this is a members log its not a problem that you posted here but for a question about estrogen or estradiol I would create a new topic and that will also help you in the contest.

I would research estrodiol then create a new topic with what you read online and then ask if its true and how it relates to AAS and any other questions you might have brother.

Yep, follow @Bigmurph recommendation and you’ll get a lot of replies. But the short answer is estradiol is a form of the hormone estrogen and the terms seem to be used interchangeably. Everyone produces a natural amount but there are certain substances that, when taken into your system, will “aromatize” into estrogen thus raising your levels.

I didn’t expect to see incline on the list with squats do you separate your chest days or just add extra chest exercises?
