Been here for some time, but almost non active all the time. Decided that its time to add one more online forum where to exchage with experiences from other BB and fitness enthusiasts.

Lifting experience: 15 years
On gear : 13 years, most of them ON gear, never off
Done some powerlifting competitions, while being bodybuilder in heart.

Max lifts:
Benchpress: 200kg
Deadlifts:300kg
Deep Squats: 240kg

Bodyweight: 117- 122kg
Highest weight ever 16%-17% BF: 139kg

Its been long time blasting the shit out of AAS, like 3g+ cycles, 300mg tren ace daily etc crazy shit done over the years. Done lots of stupid high abuse cycles

Now, as getting older and being dad for two boys, my mentality has completely changed.

Main goal for now and rest of my life: using lowest dosage gear as possible to reach maximum gain output with least amount of damage to health. Finally im mentally ready to go TRT with some short burst cycles and leave some of my size in past.

My 2 cents for comunity:
If i could reverse time I would spend a lot more time on TRT between short bursts. Blast after blasts high dosages doesnt get you faster to your goal, it actually is counterproductive.

Welcome…dont worry, mate(i did that because of the kg usage) figured maybe outside US? You have entered the land long forgotten, the land of the " ill take as much stuff as I can because although mildly insane…you look around and your twice as big and muscular as everyone else. Guys start putting back on their shirts over the tanks and tell their GF, " I would be that big too if I took a ton of shit". But have no fear most have awoke to realize I’m very out of breath playing knights and princesses with my 5 year old. I have always stuck to the fact or hope(and I might put this on a t shirt!) Half my stuff was fake or underdosed, many years ago before all the selections now. Seriously welcome, I’m sure you have a lot to offer the up and coming swim. Trunk physique guys and gals.
