Hi guys. I’m new to working out and all things related. I’ve been working out for 8 months now and am fairly happy with my progress but my wife is happier than me with the progress. Haha. I was a flabby, weak, 260 pound mess 14 months ago. Now I’m 200 pounds with some muscle tone and my shoulders are now wider than the rest of my body finally.
