Welcome bro! What’s your go to protein dish, didn’t know if you had one favorite that you make 3 times a day everyday that’s what I do with my chicken and vegetable stir fry I make a big pile and divide it out everyday didn’t know with you being a chef if you cook different meals all day?
I know for me my goto dish is a chicken and rice with veggies rice cooker steamer and a slow cooker just pumping out Ziploc containers full of protien with carbs and fibers. Hot sauce and possibly tortillas or just a bowl and spoon.
