Its never bad to ask a question at ugmuscle as long as it fits the rules were here to help

If you’re looking to post a review I would post it in the sponsors category. Just remember the review has to fit the rules.

You can definitely tag in any member with @Bigmurph or whichever

The thing with the rules is a pain in the ass but it has to be a certain way so that ugmuscle will be around forever.

Ask any questions you have except where to get compounds. I believe that is the only banned question.
