Got it! Makes sense. I found the posting place (board?) for the sponsor. I will post a review when it lands. The “free shipping Friday” is a great marketing campaign: worked for me.

My hot-ass wife just loves it when the A-var takes hold. She will bake a “thank you” cake for and send it to @johnjuanb1 🙂

Welcome aboard. Gonna have to agree with fasted cardio. 60 lbs so far. The numbers don’t lie. It works. Not a lot of fun but it works.

I have noticed that when I am done with the fasted cardio I am not hungry any more. One of my bigger challenges is that I get hungry late in the evening. That is the absolute worst time to eat, especially any carbs or fat.
Any ideas on how to curb late-evening hunger?

Late evening hunger is my biggest problem cutting. Right before bed I get incredibly hungry.
I personally down a bunch of water to fill myself and hydrate it kinda works lol
 
I do the same… guzzle water to at least get a “full” feeling in my gut.

I keep a can of mixed nuts close by. A couple handfuls of those for emergency munchies.

Also, for the emergency munchy, I have a recommendation. I know rice cakes taste like cardboard and all. But…try some buffalo-ranch rice cakes by Quaker. You can get them from Kroger. They have next to no calories and fat and they have flavor. Taste pretty good, actually.
 
Rice cakes are great but you can’t really eat the flavored version because of all that sodium it will definitely keep you bloated.
A rice cake with a nut spread on top is better off it will add protein and good fats to your macros but im no one to talk I have a bad habit of eating pop tarts when at that point lol
