Whats going on fellas! Appreciate the heads up. My bad. New to this, been lifiting for a while now, primarily bodybuilding. 6’0 240 looking to get some knowledge for a cut down. Diet usually consists of 3000 Cals for maitenence, but I’m wanting to decrease that to 1800 and go on a low carb diet. Looking to see what i should do to maintain strength and lean muscle. Any help and training tips appreciated!
