Is it realy an awful idea to blast while high bodyfat?

I have been sick, but as soon as I get better its back on the treadmill. It just makes total gym time seem like it lasts forever! I can’t run, but I walk uphill.
 
I will say this as well about recomp. I started a high TRT dose a little over a year ago (250mg weekly) and am logging my weight. I have recently run into several people who were shocked at how much weight I have lost. Funny thing is, I am about 252 which through the last 8-9 years I have fluctuated in this same range. But I am certainly bigger and stronger than I was and my pants are at least a waist size smaller. I have heard people say it’s not possible, but if it’s not, I don’t know how to explain my weight.
 
I’m almost back to my weight I was at this time last great. K have a pic from February 9 last year when I hit 290 and the difference is crazy
