This is what I love about ugmuscle is the maturity we have young members also but there mature also we don’t have a bunch of kids running around like a daycare everyone is usually pretty mature about everything except 1 incident recently

International Chest Day!
Lat Pulldowns 4 sets of 15
Close grip pull down 4 sets of 12
High cable rows 3 sets of 10
Wide grip seated rows 3 sets of 12
Some weird low row machine 4 sets of 15
Reverse flys 4 sets of 25
Smith machine single arm shrugs 4 sets of 12
Calf raises 4 sets of 12, stripped weight of twice and went until form failed

The one I’m using now is called Fat Secret. I’ve used a few and this one is my favorite of the week. The only feature I really like is the cookbook section. If you’re making homemade stuff just log all the ingredients and how many people and it calcs it out.

Incline DB 2 warm up sets 4 working sets (12 8 6 5)
Flat bench machine 3 sets of 12 10 10
Decline cable press 3 sets of 15 SS w/ dips 8 5 4
Lateral raise machine 4 sets of 15
Front DB raise 3 sets of 10
Smith machine shoulder press 4 sets of 12, last set drop set for 15
 
I was feeling pretty good but feeling a little down in the dumps now. Started as I was driving into work this afternoon. Weird right?
 
I’m not fond of driving to work either hahaha.

Glute kickback machine 4 sets of 15
Hyperextension (partials) just low enough to pull
on the hams then firing up for the
glutes 3 sets of 10
Seated leg curl 3 sets of 12 12 and 8
Hack Squat 4 sets of 15 15 15 10 then stripped
weight for another set of 20
Leg extension 3 sets of 10 (forced reps last set)
Seated calf raises 4 set of 15
 
Back

Single arm lat pulldown 3 sets if 15
Close grip pulldown 4 sets of 12
Bent over BB rows 3 sets of 12 w/ dropset
Close grip seated rows 3 sets of 15
DB facepulls superset w/ db reverse flys
BB shrugs 4 sets of 10
DB shrugs started at 60 and walked down the rack 10 # at a time
 
Going from nights to days. Slept for a few hours and woke up feeling douchey.
