Low dose cycle has started

I know in the geared pl world… pump stuff is no bueno. Can’t get shirt/suit on.
 
I don’t use when pl. honeslty I wonder if would be good to use post workout to get the nutrients there after.
 
That’s a thought… maybe sip on it after the first compounds for the ancillary movements.
 
Makes sense because I’m timing them about 2 hours prior to starting. I can usually feel them starting to kick in as I’m on my way
 
I noticed it abombs I’d get to gym then at end of workout it was liek I feel the need to go
 
I’ve got plenty I don’t spend money on much right now it’s less time

5 ho it a till deads it’s hard training grip with I use my hands so much at work that I never feel they are Recovered. I will def be taking at least the Wednesday and Thursday before meet off this go

Hook felt strong with 585 for one but I can’t do two work with it so mix got the last two easy May try and see

Working 12s. Maybe it’s cuaae the other job was t as physical but I slept through alarm today and didn’t make it in and it’s really starting to take toll on mental health as I feel like shit for missing so ouch lately
 
It’s just all the left over chciken they didn’t get off the sternum at the processing plants. Funny enough they sent it out to be tested to see if we could do something with it and it came back No nutritional value. Which can’t be it’s meat
 
At gym will
Do small upper push inclines triceps and maybe dips for everything
