Ugh wasn’t feeling it today but still went for 530 on squats failed on 8th rephave to realize I’m only two.5 instead of full 3 days from sumo session

Tried bb hol thrust can’t roll bar uo legs to get in position so gout machine push backs instead playing with weight to fine working weight s for future

Should have put my lift numbers on shirt so I don’t get asked. The little girl we brought with us is having fun on coasters and I haven’t felt bad on them fit wise so today has been a win may eat. 50 mg edible later well half a 100 so who knows how much really to not feel this sun burn on back

When I was on Oahu the locals gave me a piece of aloe to eat. Next morning All the sting was out of it. Skin was still a little tight but man was I glad.

Not bad. I left
Work 3 hours early last night so I could get to five hour first responders training this morning. The dude did it in 2 hours. Also I have discovered that I don’t mind zero pops or sodas depending on where your from
