Low dose cycle has started

It a usually first thing I cut from diet. But if I can tolerate the zero version I’ll just throw those down my cake hole. Should make cut to my a bit easier
 
Diet/zero dr poppy is pretty good. I like diet cokes/pepsis too.

I drink maybe one or two every 10 days or so to curb appetite. I’m kinda used to eating like a girl now.
 
Monday will be 16 weeks out so it’s time to ramp up doses I’ll be doing 800 400 800 of test deca eq for two then drop the deca and add ment 350 at 12 weeks 6 weeks we drop eq and add g of tren im sure hy then my test will be higher as well let’s go boys the low dose was good but it’s time to start hitting it

Target wifht is 308 I want to be at limit I’m 303 now. But I’ll be honest I’m not goig to push the food I will just eat like I am now. But the eq and ment should make me
Plenty hungry. I could see getting up to like 310 then when tren is added fat melting off
 
So quads just aren’t getting recovered from heavy sumos haha. Today will be shortened knee sore and just generally fatigued. That said I did 530 for two sets of 6 in stead of getting 8. May take it light next week and come back for last week of hypertrophy to hit or on sets of 8 squat. I’ll push my bench and dead’s heavy hut then light leg day then do light dead and look to go big on Friday leading into meet prep

That’s close to ashville… thats nc’s trendy city. You’ll have a lot to do there.

So today I had .7ml of test left in vial which means my dose of test is higher today haha. It was my last of gc test I think I will be switching to sus 400 from pq so .5ml will now be .3 daily. Current protocol is around 800 of test and eq 400 of deca got to be honest I can hear ment screaming 15 weeks isn’t too long to run me right now haha
 
It’s funny with ment the total mg will be lower but the cycle will be stronger. Today was good day on incline wish I was able to better consistency with this block but it is what it is. Sleep or no sleep there’s no missing days during prep I’m excited to feel heavy weights again
