Low dose cycle has started

Deload today I guess going from 315 to 480 on squats in 6 weeks will make it necessary. Also adding volume each week. So today we did three sets of 315 8 reps atg as much as mobility allows and threw pauses in there as well hope to get 500 next week to make my goal for month was back to 303 this morning which is good

Sumos worked up to 585 for double with hook then easy 5 with Versa grips

Med mag grip pull downs 4x12 160
Life fitness row machine upper back 3x15 130
Hammer plate loaded lower rows single arm 3x10 1pps
Standing ham curls 3x15 110
 
Ima actually getting to do hypertrophy training and not drinking heavily like I did last go round during football season

So did some inclines 315 for sets fo 8 and not much else really. But the belly skin starting to hang again
