Ultimately these types of non compliant members effect the credibility / future encouragement of other sponsors to try such contest. Just my two cents … for me and prob most members, it’s not about the few hundred dollars in gear…shit, that’s one week of quality food in meal prepping. It’s about creating an environment of encouragement and accountability in a secure place for feedback, etc.

After just reading this this dude would’ve been in diabetic shock, wrong timing for slin and eating , he had it all backwards, he would take in carbs before administration of slin but nothing after , dudes not in my good graces, but I hope he’s still alive at least
