Feeling good today, fellas. After yesterday’s workout I’m pumped as a MF! Feels so damn good. Had a real nice workout yesterday. Here it is:
Friday, 1-24
Delts/Tri’s/Bi’s
Stretch as usual. And when I do this workout, I do a little more rotator warm ups than usual. Thanksgiving Day 2008, fucked up my right rotator (flat bench bb) doing 5×5 cause I just “had to” finish the exercise.
So, beside my usual warmups, I’ll grab a 5-10lb plate and Warmup with those also.
Seated DB Press:

Hammer Strength Press:

45lb Plate Front Raises

DB Shrugs

3 Cans Tuna atop salad with Italian dressing, baked potato and 2 slices Whole Wheat bread. Water.

Feel asleep shortly after. Woke up at 1:30am had Premier Protein Bar and back to bed.
Ok, off to breakfast buffet at local joint, errands, lunch, and then gym for legs/calves.
