Ha ha, well there are a lot worse weaknesses then PB… I feel bad if I see him up and I don’t give him some, and there’s no way I’m opening that jar, and not eating a couple spoons, and at that point I have to share with the fleabags, vicious cycle.

I ate hard boiled eggs, sausage unfortunately it was turkey sausage I stole the wife’s, banana water n a coffe, first lunch I just ate two cans a tuna, with celery n pepper, a apple, yoo-hop,a water half the tuna was a sandwich other I just ate

Feeling good today, fellas. After yesterday’s workout I’m pumped as a MF! Feels so damn good. Had a real nice workout yesterday. Here it is:
Friday, 1-24

Delts/Tri’s/Bi’s
Stretch as usual. And when I do this workout, I do a little more rotator warm ups than usual. Thanksgiving Day 2008, fucked up my right rotator (flat bench bb) doing 5×5 cause I just “had to” finish the exercise.
So, beside my usual warmups, I’ll grab a 5-10lb plate and Warmup with those also.

Seated DB Press:
1×12, 2×10, 1×10

Hammer Strength Press:
1×15, 2×10, 2×6

45lb Plate Front Raises
4×15

DB Shrugs
1×15, 4×15

V-bar Pushdowns
1×10, 2×8, 1×5

Feel asleep shortly after. Woke up at 1:30am had Premier Protein Bar and back to bed.

Ok, off to breakfast buffet at local joint, errands, lunch, and then gym for legs/calves.

Ok… today was scheduled day off and it couldn’t have come at a better time! Had a couple gf’s in (surprise, they were in for work, too) from Cbus and they are now heading back home.
I’m tired as hell but muscles are full as hell!! Laid off the carbs, too.
Early, early night for me. Log back on track tmrw.

4:15am: Egg Protein shake with 32oz water, 5gm Creatine, multivitamin, 500mgs Vit C,
5iu Humalog, 250mgs Sust, 200mgs Deca.
Espresso and 16oz coffee.
5am: 6 eggs over easy, 1 1/2 cups oats, 3 slices Whole Wheat toast, 16oz milk.
7:15am: 3 sausage biscuits, OJ,
30iu Lantus
10:30am: Heavyweight Gainer 750 with banana and water.
5iu Humalog
1:00pm: Large can chicken breast, 4 slices Whole Wheat bread, 32oz Gatorade.
4:30pm: Pre Workout: Heavyweight Gainer 750 with PB and banana, 5gm Creatine.
5:45pm: Post Workout: MetRx Bar, 10iu Humalog.
6:30pm: Grilled boneless, skinless chicken Breast atop bed of brown rice, green beans.
30iu Lantus
Around 9pm: Cottage cheese and half a peach. 5iu Humalog

Gym: Weighed in at 206.5. Up 4lbs.

My chest is exhausted and pumped! Feels good. Need to do more meal prep this weekend. Mix it up a bit more. I didn’t plan on all that chicken today, just worked out that way.

Its not Dutch’s fault that lowt is slacking. You also have to remember he hasn’t been around ugm for 3yrs he is picking a member from the information that he was given. He doesn’t know all the members like we do brother.

I actually believe that if @LowT doesn’t keep his end of the deal he should probably be banned right? I think so other members would have loved this chance like you said John. We might have to put it to a vote but will wait and see whats going on with him. Shit happens will see what he says when he gets back.
 
Your right it’s not Dutch’s fault, but my concerns I voiced already, when he was picking people, it felt wrong. It felt wrong when dude posted a pic of the same exact breakfast, and I said something, and he didn’t say to much after that, a few posts maybe, barely anyone is following, cause I’m sure they know it’s bullshit,and I wouldn’t be surprised if and when low t posts he’s gonna blame it on a family emergency or some other weakass excuse.
