I took yesterday off, today was a pretty lousy day at the gym, I’m not sure what my malfunction is today! I did a few chest exercises, but just couldn’t get with it, I’ll chalk it up as a loss and hit it hard in the morning!

Chest
  • Flat Bench 3x10
  • Incline Dumbell Presses 4x10
  • Incline Smith Machine 3x8
  • Dips 4x12
Strength was way down as was stamina! I also had some pretty nasty cramping in my forearms, which is unusual! Overall I felt defeated and it got the best of me today! I won’t let that happen tomorrow! I’m home now and wish I would’ve just taken a break, had a Gatorade and kept pushing! I guess we’re all gonna have a bad day in the gym once in a while, we’ll use it as motivation tomorrow!

Everything felt great tonight, my focus was where it needed to be and my workout was intense! A guy even asked me what I did to get my back so wide… I blurted out our Nandrolone, he laughed!!! I heard through the campfire I was being considered for early dismissal of my probation!!! If so I’ll throw up pics of me super fat, and some now… less fat… I’ll cover my tats and throw some currents up soon either way!

Hey just wanted to pop up a quick update, my wife joined a gym this weekend. She went and decided she couldn’t figure out any equipment or any routine! So yesterday and today I went with her to her new gym and showed her how to use the equipment! She did really great and is excited to go now! I showed her lower body & core/abs yesterday and upper body today. Although I did go through all the sets with her, it was mostly demonstrations, and didn’t result in a quality workout either day. I will get back to my program tomorrow with my regular schedule!

So I binged watched John Meadows videos yesterday and saw some cool variations I wanted to try, swings are incredible if you haven’t tried them, there a version of chest supported rear delt flys with a shorter range of motion, there incredible! Also what I referred to as Front/Backs which is a military press where you alternate in front of your face and behind your neck, but your alternating each rep! These are savage, that guys a genius! Had a great workout, the gym was bumpin, it was like a sorority took a field trip to the gym! Not complaining! I weighed in last night at 239, so I’m pretty happy with that! That puts me down about 3 lbs in 2 weeks, which is exactly the rate i want to lose! Thats a perfect rate for recomp and is a pretty good indicator my diet is on point!
 
I haven’t posted in my log in a while, I took last week off due to a personal issue that arose! I did chest/back/shoulder last week but was only in the gym for around half an hour each time, so I’m not bothering logging it! I assumed I was gonna lose a little strength, or at least get off to a slow start, but that was quite the opposite, I was strong as fuck last night!

I dropped the number reps and sets in several of my exercises because my strength has been back up and I’m able to add to more weight! I pulled/strained a muscle last week in my quad ( I don’t know if I mentioned that or not lol), it’s feeling much better today, so I’m gonna do a leg today tomorrow! Cycles still going strong. Feeling amazing and off to a great start this week!
