Day off today. Did legs today. I started with the step down exercise @Kad1 posted for knee rehab. It’s really good for engaging quads and gluts. Balance was the only thing I had problems with. That’ll just take practice. Then 10x10 Db deadlift with reasonably light weight. Again just practicing form and building tendon strength. Then weighted step ups til burn out. Last was calf raises 4x10. Had a hell of a lot of errands today so it was pretty brief.
No cardio today.

This should be right around maintenance give or take. It’ll take some experimentation to find a sweet spot for gains without adding too much fat.

Me also it was difficult but the more you do you kinda find a grove position.

How did you feel about them I liked them I thought my knee was going to hurt worse but it didn’t?
 
I didn’t get any pain at all but I went a little shorter than they did on the video. I think I’m going to start leg day with this one from now on. I was surprised about the amount of activation I was getting.
 
Excellent. I think I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’m in a rehab phase with my knees, but I think this approach is going to bear more fruit than just powering through it. I feel like the strength is still there but the tendons. Not so much. I appreciate the help with this brother.
 
If you need more specific help let me know. You should be out of pain in a few months following a good prescription.
 
Work day. 6.8 miles fasted walking. Didn’t have a lift today but decided to touch up traps and forearms.
Db shrugs. Started with heavy static holds for activation. Then Db shrugs 4x10,2x8 to failure. Then rope rolls 10 each side with a 25 lbs weight. That smokes em pretty good. But I’ve got skinny forearms.
