I did a high volume workout tonight, after my first couple sets my strength just wasn’t what I wanted, so I made up for it in volume rather than just deciding to have a shitty night! It was almost 11 when I got to the gym and work sucked, so I think I was just worn out! I’m actually starting to really enjoy cardio again, my jogging is getting faster for longer and I feel like I’m dropping a little more fat, I’ll weigh tomorrow and update!
 
Yeah bro, that’s like working in a sauna!!! I help my buddy do landscaping/mowing sometimes if he’s short handed or I want some extra spending cash, I can do it, but man I got props for guys who put it in day in and day out in the heat! My kitchen blasts the a/c, I’ve gotten spoiled over the years!
 
I lived for two years no ac when I was back in Cincinnati. Living in the middle of the city. Was usually 85-87 in apt during summer. Needless to say I spent a lot of time in bars

Strength seemed like it was back today! Felt full and had a great pump! Diet was decent, 3 meals and 5 shakes! If you guys haven’t tried the TPP/NPP from Gear Church your missing out! It’s my favorite premixed blend I’ve ever used! I’m really going to focus more on my diet in the upcoming weeks, quite frankly I’m not eating enough to really see what it can do! This is turning into more of a recomp when I’d really like to shift to more of a bulk, but nonetheless I’m stoked with the results!
 
Changed my gear up a little, I’m dropping my cyp, I wanna save it for my cruise! I’m loving the short ester and I just don’t need the extra cyp! My gear schedule will look like this:

Monday: 2ml Tpp/Npp Blend (250mg)
10 mg Aromasin

Wednesday: 2ml Tpp/Npp Blend (250mg)

Thursday: 10 mg Aromasin

Friday: 2ml Tpp/Npp Blend (250mg)

I’m also taking Tudca, baby aspirin, Azo, MultiVit, CoQ 10, an organ guard, and cialis!

Meal 1: 8 egg whites w/ mushrooms & salsa, 1 cup oatmeal, Equate High Performance Shake

Meal 2: 2 8oz beef patties w/ feta & spinach 1 cup quinoa

2 additional shakes

I’ll eat at least 2 more meals and update with tonight’s workout log!
 
Last weeks routine got a little out of wack due to training with my buddy! I ended up with an extra shoulder day, and lousy back day! This week is off to a much better start. Back was done late last night, I’m just now posting!

Felt good last night, strength was excellent and I BLASTED my traps, I’m pretty sore today! Cardio is coming along well, my 30 mins is a mix of jogging and walking, some might even say a slow run!!

I skipped hamstrings and calves, my legs were pretty gassed after squats and presses! I skipped cardio too! I may try to get some treadmill time in after work but we’ll see how it goes!
