Changed my gear up a little, I’m dropping my cyp, I wanna save it for my cruise! I’m loving the short ester and I just don’t need the extra cyp! My gear schedule will look like this:
Monday: 2ml Tpp/Npp Blend (250mg)
10 mg Aromasin
Wednesday: 2ml Tpp/Npp Blend (250mg)
Thursday: 10 mg Aromasin
Friday: 2ml Tpp/Npp Blend (250mg)
I’m also taking Tudca, baby aspirin, Azo, MultiVit, CoQ 10, an organ guard, and cialis!
Meal 1: 8 egg whites w/ mushrooms & salsa, 1 cup oatmeal, Equate High Performance Shake
Meal 2: 2 8oz beef patties w/ feta & spinach 1 cup quinoa
2 additional shakes
I’ll eat at least 2 more meals and update with tonight’s workout log!
