Ok back to it. Work just blew up. All mandatory overtime. The money is great but it really threw off training. Went 5 days without a lift. Not the end of the world but frustrating. Didn’t track but diet was clean. Still getting around 6 miles a day at least. I have to track macros though. Too much guess work otherwise.
Did shoulders last night. Overheard press, front lat raise, side lats, reverse flies. Tonight arms, decline curls/ dB skulls super set until failure. Then rope rolls.

Work should slow down for the summer so I should have a chance to dial this in.
