Focus on your training and I know just talking to girls at the gym & outside might be the last thing you wanna do while going through a break up but you have to get your mind off of it.

I agree with @PNWmuscle 100%. Your young women get in the way of a lot of things in life at your age. And that’s fine it’s a choice you made and was obviously worth it to you. But now it’s free time. Get back into the shit you’ve been missing out on. Set those goals and get some!!! I always tell my son girls get in the way of sports and school and fishing and hanging out with the buds doing guy stuff. Your only young once and girls will always be there.
