My current cycle and thoughts

41 is not old. 😬
I use the “Strong” app and it works pretty well for wife and me, and looks close to yours. Not sure if I’d keep track as well without it.
 
You know I had to low crawl to my car🤣. It’s usually not the next day but the 2nd after legs that kills me.
 
JEFIT and it’s free. It also allows you to time your rest and gives you percentage for your age range.

Daily breakdown, 2 week, body part percent for 2 week. What your 1 rep max should be based on how you lift!
 
2nd pin of the week with DHB did a little different this time instead of pulling blend first and DHB last I pulled it first then pulled the blend in same syringe. Less pain then first time and believe this is now how I will do it. Side note I had not ever used Knee wraps until 2 weeks ago. All I can say is amazing difference and knees feel amazing compared to without.
 
Both the app he uses and the “Strong” app are great for tracking your progress, as well as logging each workout. Wife and I actually paid the small fee to upgrade ours to full app with unlimited everything, etc., and totally worth the little bit of $$, due to us using it on an almost regular basis.
 
Free is great and we only paid something like $5 each for the app we use for lifetime. Just hope lifetime is longer than just the 2 years we’ve been using it.
