My current situation and plan

I understand, have you tried try, but splitting it up across the week? I have found the long esters crash me after a day or two, but the shorts make me feel good and I sleep good also.

Quick update: I work nights and long hrs 12-14 3-4 days per week. So it can be difficult to get the required amount of sleep to recover post workouts. This week I began taking Test E in micro doses due to syringe size and have just noticed sleep improvement this year. I also fell out of ketosis 1 day this week due to pasta but went right back in according to keto test strips within 12hrs. Now I am someone who has issues staying in ketosis due to needing to keep carbs below 20g and this does seems to have changed. I have now adjusted my limit to 30-35g and expect with my testosterone rising above 500 my be extremely helpful. I have been using the keto diet since 2018 so I do have the historical nutritional data. I track all of my food and exercise duration and daily steps. The only difference is this added cycle so the combination appears to far to be very powerful. I’m also a very strong guy with old muscle and an old gut of fat. To loose 1/4 inch even in ketosis within 1.5 weeks is extremely fast and why I have felt the need to run 1-2 miles before sleeping this week.

So far so good and look forward to improving results further.

Do you have a cycle planned out? Just breezing through all of these posts it looks a little disorganized. Not meaning any offense by this at all, but what is your plan, as far as AAS go? Also I didn’t see anything mentioned of an AI, or E2 levels. That would definitely help the water retention, and is always necessary for myself when running even TRT dosage of test.

Right now only Test E and winstrol. I have a medical need for the Test but use the winstrol to help strengthen areas of micro muscle around areas of medical damage. Knees, back and others. For me this protocol works very well post surgery but I don’t recommend it for everyone. My schedule would be considered not normal for most people and does lead to changes from week to week. Covid does not help but yes there is some disorganization.

Back in the day late 1980s we used it under different names in Europe and found it helps with endurance and development of hard muscle. Today I now know It has little to no conversion to estrogen. Since I’m very sensitive to this and I need test in order to help maintain muscle post 50 years of age the combination helps me overall. I don’t experience sides too much and use oral due to injection irritation.

Earlier you said your test is at 500. Did you mean your levels in your blood or is that your weekly dosage?

Yes it can be difficult working long schedules. I just started my TRT last week and I’m unsure if it’s working correctly or if I have a bad batch. I honestly feel no change and before by day 2 it was obviously working.

How you feeling now, by week three with the long esters is when you should start feeling the effects. If you were running short esters in the past that may have been why you felt it in two days. Or if you were on sustanon before, it is a mix of long and short esters.

I’m just now beginning to feel some changes. Water retention has added weight and raised my BP a little but it should go down as I loose fat that went on as I lost my test hormone levels.
