No training the last two days. Yesterday was wind chill of -40 and I sat my happy ass inside all damn day.

Seems like my appetite is starting to come back. I didn’t miss waking up at 0300 starving.

It’s 14 here and I’ve froze taking pup out this am. A downside to thinning my blood out to normal. When it was syrup I could go out without a shirt. Hahaha

I can lay out by the pool. If wasnt so scared of doing that, after 25 years of being tan. the final thing was melanotan peptide in a place that has 310 sunny days. If you do that expsed parts get very very dark. Very very dark.
