Just me… I’ve never really connected with the (lying) leg press. I liked the standing hack squat machine a lot and all variations of the squat.
Recently last year the basic squat was wearing on me, spinal compression/stress and overall just wasn’t feeling good. Very strange because that was my favorite/best movement.
I’ve been hearing about this stuff. Gonna try it out!
I’ve been poking around the steroid guru community and I’ve lately been reading/watching a lot of Team Evil’s stuff. They’re pretty science based (as much as possible for a PED community anyways) and they regard Victor Black as something of a kook around there. Regardless his stuff is mostly good. Just be aware there there is some woo coming out of him lol
Lol there’s always woo in competing camps. Victor is probably on the farthest end of the spectrum in harm reduction which we all know I love. Some of his stuff can definitely seem out there. After awhile you learn to take EVERYONE with a grain. Like Dr. mike recently said your first cycle should be orals only… an excellent example of why it’s important to always do you own digging.
You’re absolutely correct about this. IMO people get in trouble combining this idea from one guy and that idea from another guy. Really you have to sift through everyone’s opinions carefully and make your own judgment. It’s a bit of a shit show at times… lol
If I end up selling my business then am gonna retire after five years working for the other company buy 10 trucks come up there with they guys and plow
Snow every winter. Probably could make enough money with one truck in one winter to carry you through the year
