Neuro cruise and longevity

Just checked out victor black he does have some really interesting content I like it. I’m all about the harm reduction I don’t plan to ever do 19-Nors or harsh orals. He’s got me re considering trying winstrol. May do a long 20 week cycle of test and mast slowly ramping up

He has some off the wall points. BUT he always provides data to back up his point, even if his interpretation may come off a little wonky.

He never just says take my word for it, and encourages to be challenged. Which I can support.

Knee has been bothering me since that heavy leg day. Pretty frustrating.

Im attributing to increase in activity of snowboarding on top of training. Took last week off legs, and will do the same this week. Still snowboarding so they will get some activity.

Telmisartan is going well. Upped to 40 mg daily. BP is staying low normal. I have stopped getting headaches since taking it. So working theory is I was having time periods of high BP or it’s doing something good with the Neuro blood flow. Either way I’ll be staying on it.

Ipamorelin is doing good things I think. I will be getting labs soon to check prolactin and T levels just to be sure.

Elbow randomly flares up. Still using machines for chest.

Between my elbow and knee I’m feeling OLD these days. Not quite as old as @Poppy but feeling close.

But not old enough to stop training or snowboarding 😂😂

236lbs this morning. Wife wants to cut some weight so I’m going to get back on the strict macro tracking game and try to get back into the 220’s.

I think 235 is where my body naturally wants to hang out. I’ve been eating to maintain for awhile. Not gaining or losing without being horribly strict about it.

250 was my heaviest. 249 to be exact. 235 feels comfortable. It feels easy. 220’s will require work to stay there.

Wish I had hobbies other than gym. I got gym work gf who still doesn’t understand me sleeping during day

Imo doing that will make a person’s journey so much more pleasurable and stress free. Always losing or trying to gain will drive you bonkers and turns into a job.

I agree. I’ve been doin this for about a 2 months and it’s been sooooo nice. Definitely what I need… probably what the wife needed too. She was probably getting annoyed with me always thinking about food.

I dated someone who just couldn’t figure out my needing to sleep during the day. It was exhausting. I don’t know how you do it.

And get a hobby!! I have been riding once a week and it’s been a great way to break up the gym, grocery store, eat, work routine.

My second statement is… you’re training wounded and just casually watching what you eat and still look like that…I hate you
