Hello everyone, fairly new here. Read a lot over the past few weeks and decided to make an account as I like some of the information some guys have here. I’m 32 6’0 currently 273lbs about 27%bf, I am on a fairly calorie restricted diet right now (800cal) and staying under 30 carbs a day. Today is day 40 eating this way also IF during diet, I am eating between 7-11pm, roughly a gallon of water a day (plus three cups of coffee) I take nuvigil daily, a multivitamin with extra B complex. I wouldn’t usually do this low of calories but I’m in a competition with a buddy of mine for weight loss. I have two T only cycles under my belt each was 10 weeks, these were about 4 years ago. I do have fairly low T if my memory serves me it was 362n/DL this was two years ago. At this time my doctor told me stop smoking, and cut back on drinking and we would check it in the future. I did stop smoking and drastically cut back on booze, I haven’t drank any since Jan 30th ( not because of a problem but because of weight loss goals). My goal is to be around 200-215lbs by years end. My more short term goal is to hit 260 by months end…not sure that it’s going to happen but I’m still pretty happy with how it’s going. For anyone curious I am not hitting cardio hard at all, I know I should but honestly I’m spending almost all my free time right now studying for some certifications. If anyone has any questions about anything I’m doing or has any advice please lay it on me. Thank you in advance guys and gals
