Newbie here making my introduction

New here and new to using gear. Recently started my first cycle of Sustanon 500. I’ve trained off and on for years but have finally committed myself to growing and gaining as much mass as possible. I’ve been training steady for 3 months now. I started seeing results and have become addicted. Any tips on bulking and bulking cycles would be greatly appreciated. Which this site is full of info and tips.

I’ve searched through quite a few threads. Tons of info. I’ve been mostly researching my post cycle seeing as how I don’t want to lose any of my gains. I’m glad to be here learning from all of you and getting some awesome gear.
 
I’m eating a half dozen eggs every morning with a big bowl of grits. Eating packs of tuna for snacks up until lunch. Usually eating steak or chicken with sweet potatoes and rice. Snacking on tuna up until supper. My supper is usually the steak or chicken. Which ever I didn’t eat for lunch. The a mass gainer shake before I hit the gym.
 
Well if your asking for tips, you keep track of those cals,carbs and protein, at the moment you don’t even know.you wanna gain mass you gotta eat to grow.

Sustanon 500? As in 500mg a ml? I couldn’t even touch that. Or are you doing Sust 250 2 times a week? Sorry. I’m dense sometimes.
 
Most here would tell you at min to run Sust 2 times a week. Monday/Thursday. To keep levels normal. With Sust I am more incline to run it 3 times a week. Mon/wed/Fri. For me. I have issues with the short ester in Sust. Gives me PIP longer than normal
 
If you’re running Sust only, my personal preference is to step down from cycle. Or if you really want to avoid that PCT. Hcg is the way to go. Clomid wrecks me. I just don’t care for it personally. But I’m sure others will argue that point here.
