New to this community, looking to learn more and put it to good use. Been on TRT for a couple years now, outside of that I’m green.

Thank you for the great info you guys have put together, it’s nice to have such solid info in one place. I’m hoping to contribute in the future as I go through my own journey.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Goals are to build more mass, cut fat, maintain good labs. I would like to go beyond trt as I learn more, currently researching more about a proper cycle. I am 28.

Good deal. Good you’re taking your health seriously.

What does your trt have your labs (T) at?

Absolutely do not be afraid to ask any questions. There’s no berating or bullying on this site.

I’m overdue for labs but mid last year it had me at 786 ng/dL total and 27.8 pg/mL free. At 24 it was lower than 200 ng/dl.

I also had a very unhealthy lifestyle that only really changed last year so I’m interested to see where my base is again. I quit drinking, smoking, more active. Starting to eat better but definitely more to work on. Divorce does wonders for self care, haha.

Yep, I try to go 3 times a week at least. Kind of all over the place at the moment, push/pull until exhaustion and cardio. No set template yet.

I am starting a career change into a physical trade from being a computer jockey so I am trying to pack on more strength for that.

Before doing any sort of cycle I would get on a more
Set program for a few months have diet dialed in. Consistency is the name of this game. Trust me it will boat dividends. I was a mess but still making grat gains cause genetics. But this year I’ve really dialed things in and it’s made such a big difference

Yeah this is pretty much where my head’s at. I’d rather not waste it or mess something up because I didn’t know what I was doing. Definitely going to do more research and get something more consistent in the kitchen and gym. Thankfully you guys put a wealth of information and knowledge in these pages to go through, I really appreciate that and welcoming me in. I’ll ask when I have questions for sure. There’s a lot to learn and I do want to do it right.
