Dam at 24! Did you do something to screw them up or did it get low naturally?

Like they said consistency is everything. You can put all the chemicals in the world in your body if you eat like shit and live a shitty lifestyle you’re gonna look like shit and feel like shit.
 
Hiring a coach to make you check in and do weekly progress reports. Will help you or anyone stay on track.

Even pro bodybuilders have coaches for a reason.
