so true…i am about damage controlebas the main issue…but last night for instan e…was finallubdone with gy at a lil after midnight…starving becausey last meal was at 3 ish
my first meal was on the way to work i had a bagel and cream cheese and plain iced tea cus was running late no time to stop…
so for my after work out meal i had a chicken avacado salad from wendy’s…no dressing…600 cals with a plain chicken sandwitch with just lettuce and tomato…i threw the buns out and justbaddrd the letuce tomato and chicken to my salad…i soo wanted to cram the bread but no sugar or carbs…except my coffee
i ate that ans was fine except at close to 4 i woke up with a slight hunger feel…tossed andnturned a lil bit but fell back asleep and i was fine…
so having something healthy with alot of empty calories and controling the late night damage issue…for drink was water then i had the vinegar water once i got home…
so after all that activity at the gym…calories burnt…i still kept mg late meal less than 900 cals…post work out though…
so i just cant grab 900 calories before bed on a non active day or during sleep…
so cramming some empty micxed with veggies like boccoli for that crave is a nice go to to control the damage when the urge happens…noy every night…but more than 3 nights a week i go through this
