🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣…oh trust…i eat what ever i see in the fridge so if i have carbs and protein…i eat the carbs first THEN the protein…but overall i do avoid the carb choice and binge on the protein
 
All joking aside… if we can’t control our eating choices than we are literally eating ourselves to death. It ain’t easy but it is simple. 😉

I am a firm believer that my health is my #1 asset. Just imagine owning a Koenigsegg One:1 … how well would you take care of that investment? Don’t I deserve the same level of care?! ✌️🏁
 
Late night eating is not the best for a healthy lifestlye but if you are going to eat at night the very best choice on a ketogenic diet is high fat foods. I would choose straight ranch dressing over broccoli. 😉 Fat and protein will trigger hunger satisfaction quicker and longer than carbs.

I regularly eat deviled eggs, cottage cheese filled avocado, pork rinds, etc.

I do agree and the first 2 , I love!!!devilled eggs can be made with less than half the yolk…even less , but really taste good with 1/2 and basically jam 12 those babies, yum. love that suggestionm!
 
You guys know what I mean with that long paragraph!!!Yes you can rationalize anything. studboi has made progress, your like me self effacing, which is fine until it isn’t! Its too bad there couldnt be a UGM meet up one day. it would be a very cool podcast with so much info too.
 
It’s not about the food choice it’s abot the calories. eatjng a Snack that piles in a Shit ton of calories putting you way over your daily limit when your main goal is cutting weight is not a good choice.

Yes it would be fine if it was built in to his daily caloric limit, but that is not his case. This is just binge eating and in that case if you have to do it you should keep the cals as minimal as possible.

I’m not coming at it from a keto vs non keto perspective. Just from a damage control perspective if just not doing the binging isn’t an option.

so true…i am about damage controlebas the main issue…but last night for instan e…was finallubdone with gy at a lil after midnight…starving becausey last meal was at 3 ish

my first meal was on the way to work i had a bagel and cream cheese and plain iced tea cus was running late no time to stop…

so for my after work out meal i had a chicken avacado salad from wendy’s…no dressing…600 cals with a plain chicken sandwitch with just lettuce and tomato…i threw the buns out and justbaddrd the letuce tomato and chicken to my salad…i soo wanted to cram the bread but no sugar or carbs…except my coffee 🤣🤣🤣🤣

i ate that ans was fine except at close to 4 i woke up with a slight hunger feel…tossed andnturned a lil bit but fell back asleep and i was fine…

so having something healthy with alot of empty calories and controling the late night damage issue…for drink was water then i had the vinegar water once i got home…

so after all that activity at the gym…calories burnt…i still kept mg late meal less than 900 cals…post work out though…

so i just cant grab 900 calories before bed on a non active day or during sleep…

so cramming some empty micxed with veggies like boccoli for that crave is a nice go to to control the damage when the urge happens…noy every night…but more than 3 nights a week i go through this 🤣

Wheres your healthy fats? It looks to me that you are not eating enough nor are you eating on a schedule with same meals everyday measured and weighed out. So you didnt have time on way to work? Why didnt you prep your meals in advance? If you arent gonna put 100% effort into achieving your goals than no advice, drugs, supplements are gonna be able to fix being lax. All the pieces of the puzzle have to be in place to finish the project bro
 
Not here brother, my metabolism destroys all who enter it’s domain.im not sayin I got a 8pk, but it’s not hard for me to stay schredded
 
i am in yes or no mode as of gym time last night…so no carbs or sugars…major calories in versus calories out…keep a lil deficit…protein rich etc…i got now 29 days
