as of last night no…no carbs😃…AND no sugar…except my coffee…just dont want to…but i just may stop that and switch to apple cider vinegar water in the morning in two weeks

Hmmm , 7 years from now 45…the660 goes to 595(collars stay on though) …You eat but lost 3 lbs. Up the supps but parent teacher conference tonight, can’t train. oh i missed this…well i did have getbthe keto book a while back as you saw and i used it along with fasting along with calories in vs calories out and tons of cardio and i lived and was dropping average of 4 solid lbs per week as if mid december to feb 1st…i plan on doing the same combination fried rice except with more common sense as you guys have taught me soooo well.

i will tell you…the regular fitness world is different from this world so while i knew about a million and one ways…i had no confirmation other than research and trying myself…but with so many things in the pot i didnt have confirnatiomation to definites to keep…as well as alot of NEW knowledge that i am loving! 😃😃😃😃😃😃

i know the popular phrase is its different for every body but that is not true…there are basic concepts that works across the board for gaining muscle…loosing weight…etc…now there are tweaks to those basic concepts that an individual may respond better to as well…as in medicine it is proven that higher dosages of some medication is needed for people that are ethinic because they have a stronger immune system…same also applies for muscles in a large part. and the need for certain amount of…sups…

so i LOVE every bit of insight because it proves or disproves things i thought and who better would know than those who lued it as a career and have compete etc…and or its their world their…passion
