I agree with you. But if he is in ketosis we have to take that into consideration if he is not going to cease night eating. And that is the perspective I am taking because it’s easier to meet someone where they’re at than to get them to come to me. 😉

I am not an expert but I do live the keto lifestyle 8-10 months out of the year. Your comment about calories is a normal misconception concerning calories from a carb’er when we are speaking about a ketogenic diet. In ketosis calories are not totaled in the same way as if you were on a carb diet. Grab a copy of The Kerogenic Bible and you will get a good understanding on how the body processes calories while in ketosis.

Ive done keto diet before def can eat a shit ton of cals from fats without negatively affecting your body. Much different than when eating carbs. At my size im eating 650-700g carbs a day kerping me full round and lean :+1:t2:
 
Because when we are in ketosis we are eating energy that will not he stored! Excess ketones are pissed away. 😉 That’s not to mean you can;t get fat on a keto diet. Again, its about choices.

i can imagine thats gotta be annoying to have to eat all the time. there is a guy that i know that eats just about every couple hrs and through the night 🤣🤣🤣
 
I fully understand that feeling. Since switching to a keto lifestyle I can literally go 24-36 hours without a single hunger pain. It’s not for everyone but it totally works for me.
 
He is not doing keto lol he’s taking about eating bagels and chicken Sammies … a cup of broccoli won’t be the breaking keto culprit lmao

You don’t think bagels are bread?!?!?!? Can you honestly say that you have not been eating any carbs and are In keto and your biggest issue would be having carbs at 3am to break your keto? If that is the case then I will stop but I do not believe you have not been having any carbs at all in your daily diet.

I would agree with what @SemperFi is saying if you were actually in ketosis. But from what I have gathered that is not the case lol. Your bagels and other carbs will be the issue not my damn broccoli 😂😂😂😂😂

well ofcourse i do…but if u saw my response where you got that info you noticed i started hardcore…AFTER my work out on the first 😃😃😃😃🤣🤣🤣🤣 so the bagel deal did not qualify for the instituted agenda after 9 pm on the first 😃😃😃😃
