That was three old pallets and enough pine straw to fill 3 pickup trucks. Plus a bunch of rotten scraps that got buried under crap out here.

All that stuff in the back is going to the dump except wheelbarrow

Heavy bag 30 seconds with extreme prejudice

Heavy standing crunches with gloves
