after almost 3 months of agony with a deep pain in my shoulder, without being able to train my shoulders and chest and with many limitations in other muscle groups, after 3 weeks completely away from the gym, after 3 weeks of constant travel, after having lost just over 6 kg....
...today I start again from here.
This is the current situation: 75 kg
+1 kg compared to "yesterday", -5 compared to my ideal weight
Man to eat that much meat and have room for rest of my calories isn’t fun. I don’t know how many cals you consume a day but I’m actualy pretty happy in my cut getting about 3600-4000 a day I don’t feel full all the time
