Lower/squat day

I have a rigged up thing i do to mimic the hack squat machine… warmups building up to top set then one giant 40 rep strip set.

45 degree back raises with weight x bunch

Some other close stance quad dominate stuff.

Limp around yard x 3 with pumped up legs.
 
I just about got my belt squat apparatus engineered in my head… I have to sift thru my pile-o-crap or poppys treasure if you will and see what i have and what I need.

Yeah thats the backside of my workshop/gym. It goes around to the otherside where there is more valuable stuff. Hahaha

I reuse almost everything for one thing or another. About every 2 years I’ll take a load to the dump…inevitably soon after I’ll need something i tossed. Hahaha.
 
Todays intake

270g protein

101g carbs

10 minutes hi/lo on treadmill and another 15 walk with baby girl.

Legs are sore from yesterday’s training. Feels great.
