That reminds me of many an August in the Texas heat in full pads pushing a sled with an angry coach standing on the sled and yelling at the top of his lungs at you. That was back in the days when they believe it was bad for you to hydrate during practice and instead gave you salt tablets. In 100 degree Texas heat for four hours, it’s a miracle we didn’t all die.
