Powerlifting log 1 day out from comp

Just remember to keep your internal volume as low as possible all week, the day of the meet turn it up to 6 for squats, and gradually work it up to 10 by deadlifts… don’t be afraid to space out your a bombs too… I never took 150 in one day, but it was common for me to take 50 prior to squats and another 50 after bench, before deadlift warmups.
 
I think I would have to do 100 before each althouftb I think 50 inject may do the trick
 
Depth in squat is my biggest fear. Bench of think I have pause down shit I lowered the bar like I’m tucking equipped. Taies about 10 seconds it seem
 
Yeah squat is the one i was an inch or so high the judges told me. I looked at the video i was a bit high. Everything else went well though. I have been practing with commands the last couple weeks.

Now a can go on trt and a take a while off heavy lifting and eating
I will lose a good amount of weight i think. Maybe 30lb.
